Shipping Policy

Deliveries are made once payment for the product and shipping fees has been confirmed. Shipping costs depend on the dimensions and weight of the product, the delivery region, the shipping method, and stock availability.
Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday during business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM). In exceptional cases, some deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
For wholesale purchases, please consult our Commercial Department for shipping options.
Your products will be shipped within 72 business hours after payment confirmation by the financial institution. The shipping period via courier or postal service begins after these three business days.*
Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
If you’re super excited and want to track your order, simply log in with your password on the My Orders page. There, you’ll find a list of your purchases and the current status of your order.
Although we do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, some situations are beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, etc.), which may cause delays.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package (even the doorman, if necessary). A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available, we will attempt delivery two more times on different dates.
If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our distribution center. To reship your order, you will need to pay the shipping fee again, as the delivery team will make another effort to deliver to your address.
